As Omnesoft’s Marketing
Strategist, you will lead the development and execution of holistic marketing strategies
across digital and traditional channels—driving measurable growth, brand visibility, and
high-value client acquisition.
You will own the
end-to-end marketing funnel, from ideation to performance analytics, always iterating
based on the latest industry insights and emerging technologies.
You’ll collaborate
closely with Product, Sales, and Leadership—combining sharp analysis, creative
experimentation, and strategic vision to accelerate Omnesoft’s global expansion.
Architect and execute
multi-channel strategies: SEO, SEM, content, paid social, influencer, ABM, and more.
Stay ahead of trends in
AI, automation, Web3, and other emerging technologies.
Run bold marketing
experiments and iterate based on performance metrics.
Lead campaign
measurement, A/B testing, funnel analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
Own creative brand
direction across campaigns, websites, and digital materials.
Develop and refine lead
generation and nurture programs across the funnel.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams including Product, Sales, and Customer Success for GTM strategy.
Manage paid media and
influencer initiatives to maximize budget impact.
Explore and deploy new
tools, channels, and techniques to maintain competitive edge.
Present KPI dashboards
and strategic insights regularly to leadership.

Your First Year
First
Month: Understand product, audience, and evaluate existing strategy for
fast wins.
First
Quarter: Launch performance-driven campaigns and build team alignment.
Six
Months: Scale acquisition strategies and present growth results to C-level.
Full
Year: Establish Omnesoft as a B2B SaaS marketing leader across KPIs.
Requirements
Core Qualifications
3+ years in marketing
strategy and execution (SaaS/B2B preferred).
Experience with
SEO/SEM, performance marketing, creative testing, and CRO.
Proficiency in GA,
HubSpot, SEMrush, A/B testing, and automation.
Strong awareness of
digital trends: AI marketing, UGC, and social commerce.
Excellent written and
spoken English with strong copywriting and storytelling ability.
Independent and
proactive—comfortable in remote-first, async teams.
