SEO Specialist

Role Details

  • Own and lead Omnesoft’s organic search growth strategy from technical SEO to content optimization.
  • Drive measurable traffic, ranking improvements, and high-value conversions through modern SEO techniques.
  • Collaborate across product, engineering, content, and marketing teams to embed SEO best practices in all initiatives.
  • Create and iterate on a full-funnel SEO strategy that drives qualified organic traffic and lead conversions.
  • Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to prioritize SEO opportunities.
  • Optimize on-page elements, internal linking, schema, and content structure.
  • Lead technical audits and resolve issues related to site speed, indexing, structured data, and mobile UX.
  • Develop a scalable backlink strategy and monitor domain authority and link health.
  • Design SEO experiments, analyze impact, and iterate on findings.
  • Collaborate with content and growth teams to build SEO-driven editorial calendars.
  • Track and report on SEO KPIs, sharing clear insights and action items with stakeholders.

What Success Looks Like

  • First Month: Audit Omnesoft’s current SEO landscape and identify immediate wins.
  • First Quarter: Execute foundational SEO projects and report early improvements in traffic and rankings.
  • Six Months: Consistently drive traffic growth and become the go-to SEO advisor across teams.
  • Full Year: Deliver category-leading organic reach, top Google rankings, and a strong SEO roadmap for long-term growth.

Requirements

Core Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO (agency or in-house, SaaS/B2B preferred).
  • Proven track record of growing organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
  • Deep knowledge of technical SEO, content strategy, and conversion optimization.
  • Fluent in using SEO tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and PageSpeed Insights.
  • Skilled in reporting, analysis, and communicating SEO results to stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and writing skills (English fluency required).
  • Independent, organized, and results-driven with a growth mindset.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong history of driving significant SEO performance results.
  • Comfortable with fast-paced, fully remote work environments.
  • Available for virtual meetings within GMT+5 working hours (camera on).

Bonus Points

  • Experience working with SaaS or B2B brands.
  • Knowledge of SQL or data analysis techniques.
  • Familiarity with growth hacking and product-led SEO strategies.
