Global Recruiter

Role Details

  • Source and attract top global talent through LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, job boards, social media, and sourcing tools.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job posting, candidate screening, and interviewing.
  • Evaluate candidates’ qualifications to ensure fit with role requirements and company culture.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple time zones.
  • Communicate clearly and timely with candidates and internal teams.
  • Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline.
  • Track, report, and optimize recruiting metrics.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to enhance global talent attraction.
  • Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in all recruitment documentation.

Requirements

Technologies & Tools

  • LinkedIn Recruiter Lite, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word)
  • Slack, Zoom, Google Meet
  • ATS and CRM tools (experience with common recruiting platforms is a plus)

Professional and Soft Skills

  • Proven experience recruiting globally.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles and candidates simultaneously.
  • Time management skills, especially coordinating across time zones.
  • Flexibility to work around the Eastern Time Zone.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
  • Certifications in recruiting or HR (optional but a plus).
