Build and maintain a
proactive talent pipeline.
Track, report, and
optimize recruiting metrics.
Collaborate with hiring
managers and HR to refine job descriptions and hiring strategies.
Support employer
branding initiatives to enhance global talent attraction.
Ensure data accuracy
and confidentiality in all recruitment documentation.

Time management skills,
especially coordinating across time zones.
Flexibility to work
around the Eastern Time Zone.
Bachelor's degree
preferred (HR, Business, or related field).
Comfortable working
independently in a remote environment.
Certifications in
recruiting or HR (optional but a plus).
